Dear Oakridge Resident:
Drainage Improvement Project / Cul-de-sac Areas
Beginning on Monday, January 15, 2018 Jacobs Construction, along with Holland Engineering, will mobilize for Oakridge’s upcoming drainage improvement project that will take place in our five (5) cul-de-sacs located on the south side of the community. All improvements will be made at the end of each cul-de-sac located at: SW 34 Avenue, SW 33 Way, SW 33 Terrace, SW 33 Avenue and SW 32 Way.
Construction will consist of the demolition of existing asphalt walkways, trees and asphalt in five (5) cul-de-sacs. The installation of new asphalt walkways, drainage swales, installation of new asphalt and re-grading of the cul-de-sacs and surrounding areas to help eliminate the ongoing drainage problems.
Road closures are not expected during this project, but we kindly ask that you refrain from parking any vehicles in or near the dead end areas. If a vehicle must be towed off property, it will be done so at the owner’s expense. The project is expected to be completed within sixty (60) working days – weather permitting.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience during this project.
