Visitors and Guests When you are expecting visitors and guests, please call ahead at the guardhouse, 954-987-7390, or leave a note in the guardhouse with the name of the visitor that you are expecting. This will make it quicker for them to enter the property. Thank you.

Safety Measures for Oakridge

Dear Residents: We have installed a Stop Sign at the end of the curve from 50th St. onto 33 Tr. Please be aware and Stop at the designated sign. We have had many complaints of speeding vehicles coming through that curve and in addition, there are many children that play on that street. The City of Hollywood gave us a “green light” to proceed.

We have also moved and installed a larger gate on the exit of the Community to deter “walkers” down the Exit side. We have had signs up directing everyone to walk on the sidewalk and now this will be the only way to enter and exit the Community by foot!

Reminder: If you come to the Visitor Side at the Gatehouse, you are obliged to show your I.D. No excuses please!

Everything we are doing is the for safety and security of Oakridge and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation.

Animal Registration

Dear Residents: For the safety and rescue of any animals that are lost (many end up in our office), please fill out the attached form.

If your animal(s) are missing, kindly forward a picture and your Lot number and we can fill in the rest of the information to be released to the Community.

Tree Trimming Discounts

Dear Residents: Thanks to two reputable Tree Trimming Companies that agreed to work hand in hand with Oakridge, we were happy to negotiate substantial discounts for tree trimming.

US Lawns – contact Walter at 954-459-1420

Based on information from you, they will be able to quote a discounted price for your tree (s).

If any of your trees hang over the street that will encroach on any type of vehicle passing by, that tree (s) needs to be trimmed.

In addition, if any of your trees need to be thinned out prior to Hurricane Season, now is the time to arrange this.

The tree trimming project for the Community will take place between May 1st and May 18th through both companies.

Please Set-Up Your Appointment Now.
